Serrano ham, sherry-marinated cantaloupe and watermelon, mint leaves
Roast breast & stuffed leg of Jeremy’s Suffolk turkey, cranberry compôte, duck fat ‘roasties’, winter vegetables, pan gravy and bread sauce
